Youth Weightlifting

Please do your research before getting your children involved with weightlifting. That being said weightlifting at an early age has many benefits if introduced correctly such as:
*Strengthen bones/joints                                          *Increased mobility/flexibility                                            *Increase power output
*Increased muscle mass                                                    *Jump higher and run faster                                        *Improve athletic performance
*Increase self confidence
