Calavera Barbell Adult Weightlifting 

3-5 Day Programming/Coaching
Monday  5:15PM – 6:45PM
Tuesday 5:15PM – 6:45PM
Wednesday 5:15PM – 6:45PM
Thursday 5:15PM – 6:45PM
Saturday 7:30AM – 9:00AM (Drop ins available: $20)

Calavera Athletic Development

This 4 week program is designed for athletes who are interested in becoming stronger, faster, and be able to generate more power in specific sports. Program includes weightlifting, strength, speed, conditioning and agility exercises.
