Brooklyn (2 Scores)

Brooklyn Part 1 (WOD 1):
As many points as possible in 4 Minutes
One athlete works at a time with the chosen barbell movement. Max reps that an athlete can do before switching is 3
Barbell weights: M 165lbs, W 115 lbs

Full Snatch (squat): 10 points
Thruster: 5 points
Power Clean: 3 points
Deadlift: 1 points

Teammates do not have to choose the same barbell movement
Athlete can change movements in the Wod, but not in the same set. Example- athlete can’t perform 1 snatch and 2 cleans at once
Athlete cannot start their movement until their teammate’s barbell is on the floor.

2 MIN REST

Brooklyn Part 2 (WOD 2):

As many points as possible in 4 minutes
One athlete works at a time with the chosen bodyweight movement. Max reps that an athlete can do before switching is 3

Bar Muscle Up: 10 points
Chest to bar pullup: 3 points
Pull up: 2 points
Ring body row (wrist to rib): 1 point

Teammates do not have to choose the same bodyweight movement
Athlete can change movements in the Wod, but not in the same set. Example- athlete can’t perform 1 chest to bar and 2  pull ups at once
Athlete cannot start a rep until their teammate is back on the floor.

Kylee (2 Scores)

Kylee Part 1 (WOD 3):

As many reps (calories on bike + double unders) 3 minutes
Minute 1: Athlete A on bike, Athlete B rests
Minute 2: Athlete A moves to double unders, Athlete B on bike
Minute 3: Athlete B moves to double unders, Athlete A rests

*Double Under scaling option: Singles 3 to 1

Kylee Part 2 (WOD4):

12 Minute interval work (Athlete A works for 1 minute then Athlete B works for the next 1 minute)

6 Toes 2 Bar (Scaled = Knees to 90)
6 One Arm Alternating DB Ground to Overhead: M 50 lbs, W 35 lbs (Scaled = M 35 lbs, W 25 lbs)
As many DB facing burpees with jump over DB as possible in remaining time

Score = Total number of burpees as a team

If you choose to scale you must choose BOTH scaling options AND BOTH partners must scale. So partner A and B can both do toes to bar and 50 lbs/35 lbs or partner A and B can both do knees to 90 and 35 lbs/25 lbs. If you scale, your total burpee score cannot rank higher than a team who did Rx’d.
