Before starting any Calavera training program an assessment will be scheduled in order to test the athlete’s mobility and range of motion. At this time we will also discuss their goals and objectives as well as provide a recommendation on which training program will best suit them. Email carlos@calaverabarbell to schedule an assessment.

The athletic development class is designed for athletes who are interested in becoming stronger, faster, and be able to generate more power in specific sports. This is an advanced program geared towards middle school and high school athletes who already have a good technical understanding of the Olympic-Style lifts. This class includes weightlifting, strength, speed, conditioning and agility exercises.

Vintage Barbell is a strength training class thoughtfully designed for adults aged 55 and up who want to stay strong, mobile, and energized. Whether you’re new to lifting or returning after a break, this class offers a welcoming, supportive environment where you can build muscle, improve balance, and boost overall health—safely and effectively.
