Vintage Barbell

Vintage Barbell is a strength training class thoughtfully designed for adults aged 55 and up who want to stay strong, mobile, and energized. Whether you’re new to lifting or returning after a break, this class offers a welcoming, supportive environment where you can build muscle, improve balance, and boost overall health—safely and effectively.

Using barbells, dumbbells, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, participants will focus on proper form, joint-friendly movements, and progressive strength-building techniques tailored to individual fitness levels. Expect a mix of tailored exercises, guided by an experienced coach who understands the unique needs of older adults.
